FIRST at Blue Ridge is supported by a dedicated team of departments working together to provide structure, accountability, recovery support, transportation, meals, facility care, and daily operational guidance. Each department plays an important role in helping residents move toward stability, responsibility, and positive change.

Supports the overall operation of FIRST at Blue Ridge, including organizational leadership, office coordination, records, compliance support, communication, and daily business functions.

Serves as the first point of contact for individuals, families, referral partners, and agencies seeking program information, screening, referrals, and next steps for placement.

Provides daily structure, accountability, resident support, supervision, transportation coordination, and medication-related administrative support within the residential environment.
